Went to Diamond Center Madison looking for an engagement ring with my now fiancé. We worked with Jade and he was amazing. Explained everything and spent a lot of time with us showing different rings once he understood the style we liked. The warranty also sold us on buying from Diamond Center. Simply amazing experience from start to finish. Will always be my first recommendation if anyone asks.

I recently went through a process to purchase a pair of diamond studs for my wife after one of hers went missing. I did a lot of browsing on line and ended up visiting 3 retail locations. Jade and Nate at The Diamond Center were simply outstanding with respect to their knowledge and desire to help me find the perfect pair. They found me exactly what I was looking for. The entire experience exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend The Diamond Center and working with Jade and Nate. They are outstanding!

Please add another five stars to this review. I've been a customer for a decade or more, and have made plenty of use of their lifetime battery warranty for my Tag Heuer watch. I stopped by for my battery replacement, along with a new Seiko Prospec diver watch the I need to have sized for my wrist. Jade Darby went above and beyond my expectations to not only make sure that my watch fit comfortably and I was happy with it, but made no less than three trips back and forth to the Jeweler's bench to do so The thing that really surprised me, was when I asked how much it would cost for the link removals, he said "free of charge" because he was just as happy about my new watch as I was, Even though I didn't purchase the watch from them. I will continue a frequent visitor and would recommend it other people do so as well. They're passionate but what they do and it shows. Cheers to Jade! If the owners of the establishment are reading this, please give this guy a raise and a metal

I had an exceptional experience working with Nate at the Diamond Center for my engagement ring. From start to finish, he was incredibly personable and professional. Nate was kind, creative, and truly listened to what I was looking for, offering thoughtful ideas and expert guidance along the way. He went above and beyond, and his attention to detail really showed. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend Nate.

There aren’t enough words to describe how fantastic The Diamond Center is! Their entire team is truly top notch. I worked with Victoria and Tricia to create a custom tennis bracelet and I couldn’t be happier with not only the bracelet itself, but the entire process. From the beginning they were attentive to my needs and helped create a perfect piece that I will cherish forever. I’ve purchased many pieces from The Diamond Center, and I never need to look elsewhere for jewelry. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Yasha and Nate several times now, and I cannot express enough how excellent the service has been! They are always able to find something that fits what I am looking for, and have helped scour around with vendors when I have very unique or hard to find pieces in mind. On the instance where a ring was bent (fiancé and I still aren’t sure how it happened), they took it and fixed it up without any issues at all. Absolutely fantastic to work with and I look forward to the next time I need to work with them!

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience at the Diamond Center! We were nervous coming in, having no idea what we wanted. We worked with Nate, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us during our entire ring selection process. He offered insight/ideas when we asked for it & allowed us plenty of time to ourselves to think and make decisions. We are very excited about the lifetime warranty and all the other perks that come with buying a Diamond Center ring! We would recommend the Diamond Center to anyone and everyone!

I brought in a very old and vintage/antique diamond ring to be cleaned, the woman on the phone said they could do an ultra-sonic cleaning on it for free. I headed in and the gentleman who greeted me had to be one of the nicest, polite, and professional people I ever met. He explained he'd be happy to do it and also look it over, he even offered me a complimentary bottled water. He brought it back looking better and complimented what a beautiful old piece it was and how you don't see them like that anymore. This place is really big and has some of the nicest pieces of jewelry you'll see anywhere, for him to compliment this really old piece meant a lot. What a great employee and definitely makes me want to go back!

I highly highly recommend visiting The Diamond Center for your engagement ring search! I had done a ton of research on local jewelry stores and the Diamond Center was clearly one of the best in the area based on others' reviews and recommendations. Big shout out to Chloe (and Hooman & Tricia too) for helping me through the process - she is super knowledgeable and passionate about her work and made the process a breeze, guiding me through every decision, respecting what I wanted with advice all along the way. They ended up sourcing multiple beautiful diamonds to chose from, and then we customized the perfect ring to go with it. Their warranty and trade in policy are nearly unparalleled in the business and having pit them up against 2 other stores, they won by a landslide. Cannot recommend them more - thanks Chloe and co!
